Japanese AGM season is just around the corner.

Amid intense debates on energy transition, shareholder engagement on Just Transition disclosure by financial institutions and corporations has gained momentum in last 5 years. While 20-30% of shareholders have supported climate-related resolutions over the past five years in Japan. The way investors proceed their engagements with companies might have different pathways this year.
